Xwing tourney at brothers grim hobbies .

Just played in a Xwing minatures game tournament , at one of my local hobbies store . Brothers grim hobbies in seldom NY . Great shop with a lot of gaming space . They're always running great events . Yesterday's event was a Xwing . Great game . I went with my 100 point rebel list 1 xwing 2 bwings and  1 awing . Won 2 lost 2 . My opponents were great and had a blast of a time . If any one hasn't tried this game . To me it's a must . Enjoy the pics 

Pics of Apoc 30k warhammer game!

Heres some pics from a giant game some of my buddies hosted . It was a giant pre heresy warhammer battle . Based on the drop site massacre . Raven guard with some smaller loyalist legion support vs emperors children , death guard and the sons of Horus . An amazing battle , with loads of figures and awesome terrain . Unfortunaly I was only able to play for a few hours . But it was a site to behold with a lot of great friends. Great times with toy soldiers . My buddy don supplied the terrain for an amazing game . Projects , projects!

Last night caught up on some building and painting . When I get home after work I put the kids to bed and hang out with the wife as she wactha her tv shows . While she watches tv I cram as much hobby as I can in . So what was on the table for last night ? .. Here we go . I'm still working through putting my spartan scenics scifi buildings and corriders together . Almost done and a pleasure to build . Taking my time doing a few structures a night . Soon I'll be priming and painting them for games of 40k and other scifi games . I bought them to use in space hulk and for the up coming aliens vs predator kick starter I invested in . Can't wait ! Also I broke out the air brush and put the camo on my bolt action tiger tank for my Germans and painted up an German heavy walker for dust . Had some air brush problems but worked through it . Then I primed some 28mm Americans for bolt action , and then flocked some civil war artillery for my  union and confederate armies . All in a days work . Then an hour of Titanfall on the xbox one . Then off to bed ! Not bad .

Gearing up boarderlands 2 cosplay for pax east !

Just got my pax east tickets in the mail . Trying to finish my boarderlands 2 zero costume for the show . Deadline is now coming quickly . Working on the pants now . Need to do the boots and the hardest part the sword ! Hopefully I'll be able to finish . Here's some pics
